The River Pros: Frequently Asked Questions 

  • What is a Pre-order?

Pre-orders are when we order a specific product from a manufacturer when we have a certain amount of orders. For these reasons, we are able to get bigger discounts on these products and pass them along to our customers for savings up to 50% off the retail price! Shipping and delivery times for these products are typically 3-6 weeks.

  • Buy 3 Get 1 Free Promo: How do I receive my free item?

When we do a Buy 3 get 1 Free promotion, you have to add all four items to your cart to activate the discount. Your discount will be shown to you at checkout by the order total amount. If you only add 3 items to the cart, you will not receive the free item. Please refer to the Refund/Return Policy below.

  • Where is My Confirmation Email?

The River Pros automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Or, you may contact us at support@theriverpros.com so we can send you an email with your order history
  • Where is My Receipt?

Your The River Pros invoice sent to you via email will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

  • What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

Upon Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card or Paypal.

  • Do You Offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?

Please sign up and be included in our mailing list for you to be the first to know about super deals, discounts and other promotional. 

  • Can I Send My Order as a Gift? 

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

  • What are My Delivery Options?
     
  • For Pre-Orders: The River Pros partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-6 weeks to arrive in the U.S. 
     
  • International Shipping- We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us (Delivery time can vary per country 3-5 weeks). Some items are fulfilled from the U.S., shipping times for these are 5-9 business days. The listings will have a special mention when this express shipping option is available.
     
  • North America: We offer USPS Standard Delivery. This is shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. Price may vary for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipping times. Some items are fulfilled from the U.S., shipping times for these are 2-5 business days. The listings will have a special mention when this express shipping option is available.
     
  • How Do I Track My Order?

For orders within North America, we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

  • What is Your Return/Refund Policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week of delivery) at support@theriverpros.com with details/photos of the product and the defect.

We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Exceptions: Sale items do not qualify for returns and/or refund. Discounted sales are final.

  • Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee.

Invalid Reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which The River Pros does not tolerate. Buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
